Nathan installed this floor almost ten years ago. The house has just been sold, and the new owners were afraid they'd have to have most of the boards replaced, or all new flooring. The previous owners had big dogs, and kids. So many boards were very scratched up. But also, the floor had been cleaned too often, with too much water, and with the wrong cleaners.

Nathan did have to replace several boards, but after re-staining, and a proper cleaning, he was able to bring this floor completely back to life. The new owners are incredibly happy, not to mention, Nathan saved them tens of thousands of dollars.

✅We Reused all existing wall base.

✅All wood spiral staircase.

✅We cut the existing tile at the door frames, so they could keep the tile in the kitchen and bathrooms.

This beautiful, Natural Walnut, engineered hardwood floor provides an elegant finish to this already lovely home.

Zac

Our Installer Zac did a wonderful job in this newly constructed home in Hassayampa, installing an engineered Weathered Oak hardwood.

This home has many different angles and transitions, not to mention a beautiful staircase. Zac did an excellent job, and we have no doubt this floor will be enjoyed for decades to come.
